Touch Rugby 2024/25

THE COMPETITION

• Games will be played at Riverhead War Memorial Park
• Games will be on Thursday afternoons
• Games will be 30 mins. in duration
• Times are either; 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm
• Teams are 6 aside mixed (must have 4 boys & 2 girls)
• Grades: Year 0-2, Year 3 & 4, Year 5 & 6

SEASON DATES
The season dates are yet to be confirmed, but the competition usually begins at the start of Term 4 and runs until just before Christmas. Play resumes again after the summer break in late January and finishes during Term 1. 
 
FEES

• Fees are to be confirmed. Payment will be requested once this information is received from Kumeu Touch

 
COACHING

• Please let us know, when registering if you’re interested in coaching or managing a team. Unfortunately we cannot enter a team if we do not have a coach/manager.

 
UNIFORM

• For the 2024/25 season, players will be required to purchase a numbered school touch t-shirt. The school will sell its current used stock on a first come, first served basis. Details regarding this process to be confirmed.   
• Years 0-2 & 3-4 Bare feet ONLY - NO SHOES
  Year 5 & 6 MUST have touch shoes or runners NO METAL SPRIGS.
