Coatesville School generally plays in two different netball competitions. Years 1 - 5 play at Kidzplay and Year 6 teams play at Netball North Harbour.

Kidzplay Netball
Kidzplay Netball is an open netball league for Year 1 – 6 Primary School players with the competition taking place at Pinehurst School in Albany. Kidzplay offers an environment for children to take part in a team sport, to have the opportunity to have fun while learning ball skills, teamwork, fair play and the pure enjoyment of playing a sport. Boys are welcome to play. Kidzplay Netball offers the following programs:
Kidzplay Netball offers netball variants to suit each year level. Year 1 children play a non-competitive league 6-a-side version of netball and Year 2 upwards play 7-a-side netball with a variance to rules that ensure the players grow into the full game as they mature. All games are played on Saturdays at Pinehurst School, Bush Road, Albany from 8.45am until mid-afternoon. Netball North Harbour
The Year 6 teams generally play in the competition at AMI Netball North Harbour (NNH) on a Wednesday afternoon/evenings. Although for 2023, the team decided to play at Kidzplay instead. Registrations are done through the school. Boys are welcome to play. Year 6 play straight netball (normal rules apply) and use a 3.05m high hoop and size 5 ball. The competition held at the Onewa netball courts is a 14 week competition. Term 2 are all grading games and Term 3 are competition games. Wednesday games for Year 6 start Wednesday, 8th May and conclude on 28th August. There is a break for the July school holidays and their is no play on public holidays. The AMI netball facility is located adjacent to the Northcote Road off-ramp off the Northern motorway. Winter Netball Registration 2024
If your child would like to play netball this year during terms 2 & 3 then please register their details using the form; Coatesville School Netball Registrations 2024. The registration fee per player is outlined below which covers the cost of registering your child's team in their respective competition as well as a contribution towards replacement balls, bibs, and trials etc. Payment will be requested once your child’s team has a coach and a manager. Registrations close at 1pm on Wednesday 13th March. Late registrations or registrations from children who are unable to play for the whole season may not be accepted.
Teams will be communicated once children are placed into teams and a coach and manager are allocated.

Kidzplay $75 per player
Netball North Harbour $115 per player
