Resolving IssuesStaff are expected to:
Listen - clarify issues - discuss solutions - select best solution - document the meeting - review progress Full communication procedures for parents. Communication expectations: Face-to-face communication Make a time and place that suits both parties and will help facilitate a resolution Email communication Parents can expect a reply within 24 hrs to any question or concern. If staff need to find further information, or need to consider a detailed response regarding the question or concern, then the reply may be an acknowledgement of the email with a timeframe for further contact to be made. If it is urgent, the timeframe will be as short as possible. A face-to-face meeting may be the recommended course of action if deemed more appropriate. |
