Wow that looks amazing! Takashi, Lachlan and their geography teacher Kevin from Albany Senior High came to show us their design and innovation project. They told us how they made it using a table, a projector, a computer and an xbox 360 to create an augmented reality of the land showing rivers, lakes, mountains and hills. Some of us were lucky enough to have a play. It was awesome to see the sand change colour to show the depths of the sea and the heights of the land. We found out that if you build a mountain high enough, snow will appear and if you hold your hand over the land, to create a shadow, rain will fall. Thanks Takashi and Lachlan for sharing your learning with us and thanks also to Kevin and Mrs Behague for making it possible.
